EnerjiSA is Turkey’s largest electricity distribution company providing services to 21 million users in 24 provinces. In this project, we designed their mobile app and added a help & support section.
The public utility space is a competitive one, and as this competition continues to increase, power and utility providers are increasingly investing digital projects to improve their user experience. In this project, we created a better user experience by focusing on two things: providing user support and reducing the search effort.
